Delivery and payment

International Shipping: the price varies based on destination, the transit time is usually 2-6 business days.

The delivery date may also be impacted by the time needed to confirm the payment with the card payment provider.

We reserve the right to extend the delivery time under special conditions, case in which the customer will be notified in advance.

Payment can be made online with your personal or business card, in complete security. Cards accepted for payment are those issued under the logos VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have CVV2 / CVC2 code). Payment by card will appear on the account statement with the name hiradesign.

No additional transaction fees are charged.

Card data processing is done exclusively on Netopia (mobilPay) servers. The security of your information is guaranteed by the fact that Netopia (mobilPay) does not store the confidential data of your card, but sends it encrypted over a secure connection to the processor bank. This way your information is secure.

Regardless of the currency you have in your account, the transactions are made in Euro, at the exchange rate of your bank.

For returned orders, the amount will be returned on the same card used for ordering, within 15 days of accepting the return.
