Service Availability

We accept orders from any country.

The Contract Between You and Us

You do not need to register in advance to place an order on hiradesign.com.

However, in order to place an order, you will need to provide us with some mandatory information that must be real and true. This information is: Name and Surname, Address, County and City of residence, as well as the address for delivery of the order, correct telephone number and an email address for receiving order data. If any of the above information changes, please let us know using the form on the Contact page.

After placing an order, you will receive an order registration email from our mail server hiradesign.com, which is not a confirmation. You will then be contacted by email or telephone for firm order confirmation and the delivery time. Only after you confirm these details in writing or by phone, within 7 days, the order is considered confirmed and processed. If the order is not confirmed by the customer within a maximum of 5 days, it is automatically canceled.

When you place an order to which you add custom product details (these refer to the color, material, final shape, cut, or specific measurements other than the standard table shown in the Measurement Guide), you will receive an order confirmation email and those entries will appear in the DETAILS section. In case of an order by phone, e-mail or Facebook, the personalized mentions of the order will be included in the DETAILS section of the invoice. Those statements confirm that you, the customer, agree to the changes made to the existing products in the catalog www.hiradesign.com or to the model brought by you.

Customer rights

In accordance with Romanian Law, Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, you have the right to withdraw from this contract, without specifying the reasons, within 14 calendar days from the date of physical possession of the product. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days.
